Hi. I'm Julie-Ann Hayes, a documentary and portrait photographer working across the UK, South West France and Los Angeles.

I am also an experienced HR and OD practitioner working with organisations on cultural change, leadership, talent, values and wellbeing. My photography researches how physical and emotional wellbeing impacts on performance, values, lifestyle and workplace. Values can reflect a person’s innermost thoughts and beliefs; what matters. Values in a workplace are the principles that determine how people work. My experience enables me to produce abstract and explict photographic images that can help to illustrate a workplace, its purpose and impact.

I am passionate about the influence of sport, environment, animals, travel and cultural diversity on wellbeing.
